About The Role

As the Tech Delivery Specialist you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our Tech Lead to deliver online training courses, provide critical marketing data to support strategic plans & initiatives (bridging technical project and marketing functions), support the company's continuous improvement and contribute to an ever evolving suite of digital offerings through a sophisticated tech stack.

You will thrive in this role if you are passionate, energetic & tech-savvy with a propensity for continuous learning and want to provide an immediate impact by embracing challenges, adapting swiftly and proactively contributing from day one to our intricate tech environment.  This role will report directly to our Tech Lead and support all divisions within the business.

Our team is virtual and spread across the world, but as the business is based in Australia and our Tech Lead resides in New Zealand, you will need to be available during Australian/New Zealand business hours or within at least a 4 hour overlap. Flexibility is available to enable you to plan your workload however there are expectations around response times.

The position is a full-time contractor role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support our Tech Lead to deliver our team’s big ideas! Specifically related to online course delivery, lead funnels, ecommerce, user experience.
  • Support our Tech Lead with program launches, program tech management and updating of program website/portal.
  • Collaborate with our Tech Lead to source & implement leading edge tech across the business ensuring the company remains cutting edge to provide the best team and user experience.
  • Contribute to the creation of all new functionality and funnels, automations, uploading of content, campaigns and sales, etc and ongoing maintenance of same.
  • Provide day-to-day support & maintenance of multiple WordPress websites including but not limited to uploading content, exporting reports, monitoring usage, etc.
  • Under the direction of the Tech Lead, set up tracking systems for key business activities to enable critical decisions to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide critical marketing data and business intelligence reporting, maintaining marketing stats software to allow effective data analysis to identify trends and support business growth.
  • Monitor all tech systems and undertake regular system updates, management and hygiene tasks
  • Providing tech support to the existing team as directed by the Tech Lead.
  • Act as second-level customer tech support.
  • Provide additional support during our Tech Lead’s periods of absence.

About You

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong technical logic - able to map out a process efficiently and effectively to achieve the desired functionality
  • Knowledge of and ability to support the following technologies:
    • WordPress
    • Website plugins e.g. Gravity Forms, WooCommerce, AccessAlly
    • HTML and CSS
    • Zapier
    • Asana
    • Dropbox
    • Ontraport would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
  • Sound knowledge of data tracking methodologies and systems e.g. Google
  • Analytics, social media tracking pixels
  • Experience with paid ads on social media platforms - Meta & LinkedIn
  • An understanding of tech platform integrations
  • A data driven perspective
  • Sound written skills to prepare documentation
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
  • A passion for problem solving and finding solutions
  • An understanding of UX methodologies
