REGISTRATION TERMS

Please read the following terms and conditions to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and obligations when registering for, and participating in, the Women Rising Male Allies program.

Your registration in the Program communicates your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and any policies posted on our Website from time to time, including our privacy policy and our cookies policy (Terms), which constitute a contract between Megan Dalla-Camina Pty Ltd A.B.N.44 124 591 733 (we, us, our, or Megan Dalla-Camina) and you.

Megan Dalla-Camina may, from time to time, vary these Terms and will provide notification via our Website. All amendments will be effective immediately upon a notification being displayed on our Website.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Corporate Registration means any registration that is made by a business or organisation, on behalf of an employee.
• Program means the Women Rising Male Allies program.
• Program Fee means the amount displayed on our Website, or otherwise advertised from time to time, to be made to Megan Dalla-Camina to access and participate in the Program.
• Program Guide means Megan Dalla-Camina (in person) or any other representative of Megan Dalla-Camina, who may be appointed from time to time.
• Program Materials means all content and information provided by Megan Dalla-Camina, in connection with the Program.
• Website means the website displayed at womenrisingco.com and the related program.womenrisingco.com website.

Program Fee

1. By accepting these Terms, you agree to pay the Program Fee, in exchange for access to the Program.
2. The Program Fee must be paid via Visa, Mastercard or AMEX (via the Stripe payment gateway) or bank transfer upon your request with us for a tax invoice.
3. The Program Fee is in the currency as displayed. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to the Program Fee for registrants located within Australia. The Program Fee will not include GST for any registrations made from a person or organisation located outside of Australia.
4. Program Commencement is the date upon which we advertise the Program as commencing, on our Website or elsewhere.
5. Subject to clause 9 below, you agree and acknowledge that the Program Fee is non-refundable, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and any other relevant law.

Access

6. Once we have processed your registration to the Program and the Program Fee has been paid in full, we will email you with confirmation of your registration.
7. You will have lifetime access to the Program, so long as you are a member of the Program and the Program is still operational.
8. You must not share your password for the Program with any other person, to allow them to access the Program.

Program Cancellation

Cancellation by you

9. All registrations for the Program are final and are unable to be cancelled or refunded once the transaction has been completed.
10. In the event of significant extenuating personal circumstances (serious illness, losing a loved one etc), we will transfer your registration to a later date of the Program on request.
11. If a registration is part of a Corporate Registration, we may provide a registration credit if a place is not used at commencement of the Program.
12. You may only transfer your registration to the Program to another person, if your registration was made as part of a Corporate Registration and you request transfer by no later than the Program commencement date.

Cancellation by Megan Dalla-Camina

13. We reserve the right to cancel the Program because of events beyond our control or insufficient registrations in the Program to make it commercially viable for Megan Dalla-Camina to deliver the Program.
14. In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will be notified and offered the option to receive a full refund.
15. You will not be entitled to seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from our cancellation of the Program.

Program Materials

16. The Program Materials are subject to change.
17. The Program Materials will be provided in electronic format only.
18. You agree and acknowledge that Megan Dalla-Camina owns all intellectual property rights in the Program and the Program Materials.
19. You understand and agree that you may download the Program Materials and print them for your own personal use, but sharing the Program Materials or any part of them with any other person, would amount to a breach of intellectual property rights, and we will have the right to take action against you.

Delivery of the Program

20. The Program will include an online component as well as a ‘live’ virtual component.
21. All components of the Program will be:
    1. held at times specified by Megan Dalla-Camina; and
    2. delivered via technological means as specified by Megan Dalla-Camina.
22. If for any reason you are unable to attend any scheduled online component of the Program, then you may access a recording located in the Program platform. However, we encourage you to make your best efforts to participate in all online components of the Program.

Your Obligations

23. You will:
    1. ensure that all information provided to us is accurate;
    2. update any changes to your contact particulars, including email, telephone number and address, within the ‘My Account’ section of the Program platform.
    3. be civil and respectful to the Program Guide, and to all other enrolled participants, and not engage in unlawful, defamatory, abusive or harmful behaviours;
    4. at all times, work diligently when participating in, and completing, the Program;
    5. treat information received from other enrolled participants in the course of the Program as strictly confidential;
    6. not attempt to sell, promote or provide information to any other enrolled participants in the Program about any other ventures, products, services, interests or events whatsoever.
    7. immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security of your account, and give us reasonable assistance in the event of a breach.
24. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes abusive language and harassment, and where that has occurred. Any decision will be final and not subject to appeal.
25. If you breach any of your obligations in these terms, we may terminate your licence to use the Program Materials by notice with immediate effect.

No warranty or liability

26. We do not warrant or guarantee that:
    1. any result or objective can, or will, be achieved or attained, as a consequence of your participation in the Program;
    2. the Program will be available at all times;
    3. the same Program Guide will be available throughout the Program;
    4. any recommendation made by the Program Guide during the Program will be the best or most suitable for your own circumstances. We recommend that you exercise your own judgment before following any recommendation made by the Program Guide.
27. You agree and acknowledge that Megan Dalla-Camina, the Program Guide, and our employees, agents and/or contractors, will not be liable for any loss that you may suffer, as a result of your participation in the Program.
28. You agree and acknowledge that you may experience and undergo significant personal and/or professional transformation as you progress within the Program, which may include emotional and psychological challenges that are often part of the growth process.
29. We make reasonable efforts to ensure your safety and wellbeing throughout the duration of the Program, and provide you with emotional support as may be reasonably required, but this ceases at the conclusion of the Program. You should consider seeking psychological, emotional or medical support from a qualified professional during or following the Program whenever required.

Privacy

30. All personal information that we collect about you will be handled, treated and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by agreeing to these Terms.

Completion of the Program

31. You will receive a Certified Graduate Badge provided you graduate the Program within 8 weeks of the Program ending. You may request a Certificate of Completion by emailing us.

Feedback

32. We are always looking to improve our programs and other commercial offerings. Please email us if you would like to provide us with your feedback.

General

33. These Terms contains the whole agreement in respect of the subject matter of the agreement between you and us.
34. You confirm that you have not entered into these Terms on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into these Terms.
35. If any provision of these Terms are prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision will, to the extent required, be severed from these Terms and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms, and will not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these Terms.
36. These Terms take effect, are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with the laws from time to time in force in New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
37. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the ACICA Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Sydney, Australia. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one. However, we are not prevented from seeking injunctive relief from a Court.
