2. Share our programs with other leaders and organisations
We have a program for every leader and organisation wanting to empower themselves and create impact for women and gender diversity.
Advocate inside of your organisation to have a cohort of women and allies join by talking to managers or HR. You can also get clients and business partners involved by spreading the word.
We have email templates and other resources to help you engage organisations and leaders with ease.
3. Share with a good guy who can become a male ally
Our parallel Male Allies program teaches men to enhance their leadership, scale their sponsorship and be more effective allies to women, including male leaders from organisations who have women in the Women Rising program.
Creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace requires a concerted effort from everyone. This program empowers men who care to use their privilege and influence to effect real change for women at work.
